Plan your stay at Pororoca Rosa with the information you need before booking. Inquiries and confirmation are handled directly on WhatsApp.
How to book
Choose a house, check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests. Open your inquiry in WhatsApp and send it to the team. Selecting dates on the website or sending an inquiry does not confirm or hold a booking.
Availability, rates and payment
Ask for availability and the total price for your group and dates. Before paying, request written confirmation of the house, dates, amount, any deposit, remaining balance and payment methods. This website does not process payments.
What is my cancellation deadline?
Before confirming your stay, ask on WhatsApp for the cancellation deadline, including the time, and the refund terms of your offer. Do not assume free cancellation until a fixed number of days before arrival: this page does not establish a general deadline or refund percentage.
Requesting a cancellation or refund
Contact us by WhatsApp or email with the booking name, house and dates. Ask for acknowledgment and details of any refund due, including the amount, payment method and processing time. Do not send full card details, passwords or security codes.
Date changes and no-shows
Ask about changing your dates before changing your travel plans. Availability and rates for the new stay must be confirmed. Before booking, also ask about the terms for no-shows and early departures.
Check-in, check-out and access
Confirm arrival and departure times and directions before travelling. If your group has mobility needs or expects to arrive outside the usual hours, contact us to discuss a suitable house.
Bookings through Airbnb
If you booked on Airbnb, refer to the terms shown in your reservation and request changes or cancellations through the platform. Commercial terms do not limit your rights under applicable law.
